Vault Clerk:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Vault Clerk. In the role the candidate will be responsible for data entry, pulling files for daily releases and assisting with unloading of trucks/vendors when new shipments/files are received.


  • Performs barcode scanning of files utilizing a hand held scanner.
  • Sorts and places documents in filing order, and files documents as needed.
  • Label new files received and fulfills customer requests for file retrieval.
  • Prepare boxes for shipment.
  • Completes repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
  • Special projects as assigned

  • Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word is helpful.
