Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

  • Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
  • Influences business and technical stakeholders by identifying and documenting value-driven specific business requirements
  • Analyzes current state to discover needs and gaps and defines future state
  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside own team
  • Supports UAT in the identification, documentation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts; manages defects through triage and resolution
  • Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
  • Leads large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
  • Develops and implements plans, identifying project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable objectives. Partners with project manager to define remediation approach for escalations
