Senior Business Process Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst for a 12 month contract/potential contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Mill, SC.

This client has a unique opportunity for a seasoned analyst to join as a Business Analyst. On the forefront of change, continuous software delivery, and emerging technologies - this person will be instrumental in ensuring the products we develop, deliver maximum business value.


  • Working effectively with technical and non-technical team members and customers
  • Decomposing business requirements into detailed user stories
  • Leading sprint grooming sessions with the dev team to ensure alignment on scope and requirements. Continuously grooming the backlog and ensuring all stories are ready for development.
  • Documenting business process and system flows in order to facilitate requirement sessions and gather consensus and alignment.
  • Interact with executive level sponsors and ability to present on key concepts and solutions
  • Advocating for the best user experience by deeply understanding the business and their needs

  • Technical aptitude: experience and understands cloud solutions, data models, SQL


  • Roadmap Tools: Aha, Journey Map, Adobe XD/Invision or any other mockup tool to convey ideas and seek alignment
  • Process Optimization: Current/Future State Mapping, SIPOC Mapping, Business Process Modeling Tools
  • Product Management: JIRA, Cucumber, Gherkin
  • Software: Adobe Suite
