Project Coordinator Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator for an opportunity in Maple Grove, MN. The Project Coordinator will support a Senior Director of Technology for administrative tasks related to the below responsiblities.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Financial tracking - budgets, purchase orders, vendor management
  • Organization and monitoring of Statements of work with third parties - creating purchase orders, on-boarding resources (Obtaining approvals, creating purchase orders, procuring equipment, IDs, etc)
  • Creating amendments to Purchase orders - Extensions, finishes

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite - MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task
