Program Manager:

Signature Consultants is seeking a talented Program Manager for a contracting opportunity located in Mountain View, CA. The Vendor Operations Manager's focus is on building scalable solutions and operational excellence based on vendor management expertise. Your job will require you to have strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and drive operational performance by managing a high performance global vendor team, so that the team can get the best value and continue to invest and scale our business. You will have expertise in vendor performance management, resource prioritization, quantitative metrics analysis, contract management and defining services and deliverables. You will thrive in an environment that juggles multiple internal initiatives at the same time, and that requires ever-changing operational and resource requirements. Qualified candidates will use their experience and operational savviness to manage a diverse set of projects across multiple vendor teams and timezones.

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing large scale vendor operations.
  • Well versed with logistics management for TVCs, e.g. space allocation, equipment assignment, compliance, spend-tracking and approvals and general administration.
  • Relevant experience in a transactional, contracts management, procurement, price negotiation, vendor management, or similar role.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with outsourcing (including offshore) strategy and contracting requirements.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding cross-functional and cross-regional skills; ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with cross functional partners.
    Demonstrated leadership and management of complex projects with multiple contributors.
  • Understanding of structured process management systems
  • Knowledge of financial performance framework to track and report against budgets.
  • Industry experience in mobile apps and games business.
