Mortgage Document Specialist:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Mortgage Document Specialist. In this role the candidate will review documents within Mortgage Loan files, data entry, perform file inventories for high volumes of files, and participate in special research projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Mortgage document familiarity preferred
  • Experience with Excel would be useful
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail skills
  • Ability to do repetitive work for long periods of time
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well with others in a very strong team setting
  • Ability to be on feet or sit for long periods of time
  • Learn how to use Outlook to retrieve regular updates
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Must be detail oriented and have basic reading, writing, mathematical
