Mid-Level Business Project Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a mid-level Business Project Manager. Our client is seeking a well-rounded candidate who is self-motivated, a fast learner, and able to drive responsibilities without much direction. The candidate must have the ability to confidently interface regularly with senior stakeholders and set clear direction. The candidate should also be able to identify and solve complex business problems by defining strategies for target state implementation. He/she must be able to work under minimal supervision on projects that require creative solutions. The ideal candidate would be a Mid-Level (4-7 years of experience) Project Management Analyst with strong problem solving skills. The Team is responsible for Data Management Governance and Strategy within Treasury and is the "think tank" looking at overall strategy to help define the future state of the Treasury Data Management teams, with the added focus on supporting a monthly CFO & Risk Data Council. This routine was established in July and is a mandate from the CFO to track progress against key data objectives across CFO in order to drive synergies, provide transparency, and increase partnership with external stakeholders of the data management community.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate status to key stakeholders and escalates issues to executive leadership according to defined processes or as needed (executive level storytelling)
  • Provide Project Management support to CFO & Risk Data Council inclusive of setting due dates/action items/owners to drive the material creation for the monthly Council meetings
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently by setting clear expectations and providing the appropriate tools/ structure to facilitate the multiple hand-offs of materials across teams
  • Apply various process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively execute a scope of work within a project
  • Produce standardized templates to present updates in a cohesive manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude, is adaptable to change, able to take constructive feedback, and can build relationships to drive objectives

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years programming/development skills (SQL, Python, data analytics, VBA scripting, Excel macros, etc.)
