IAM Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking an IAM Analyst for an opportunity with a client in Glen Allen, VA. The Analyst will participate in the evaluation, development, and implementation of security standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse systems environments.


  • Participates in the evaluation, development, testing and implementation of emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards and techniques.
  • Provides security consulting and project management services on complex issues related to data access, integrity, confidentiality and business continuity.
  • Assists customers in identifying security risks to their applications and implementing appropriate data security procedures and products.
  • Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security.
  • May participate in security investigations.
  • May provide guidance to less experienced staff.


  • 5+ years of information security administration experience.
  • Experience with Oracle's IES / OIG technology or similar enterprise level IAM tools
  • Knowledge and experience with Access Management provisioning, deprovisioning and certification systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of application security models and associated access management options
  • Understanding of Wells Fargo software development lifecycle
  • Experience with processes to schedule and onboard applications to access management tools
  • Knowledge of external models like authentication and certification
  • Understanding of provisioning processes
  • Experience as a central point of contact for a for an organization
  • Working knowledge of security issues, risks, policies and processes
  • Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer, line of business and enterprise needs
  • Experience working with internal/external audit (SOX, GLBA)
  • Ability to initiate action, manage change, make high impact decisions, manage risk, navigate change and accept challenging assignments
  • Proven experience in executing improvements to service
