HelpDesk Support Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for HelpDesk Support consultant. Our client is seeking an individual to add to their Help Desk Support Team to answer calls to resolve PC and application issues. This position is 95% phone support. They are also looking for people interested in growing their support experience into IOS and Financial Service Applications (Bloomberg & Charles River). This team is responsible for supporting the enterprise including senior management as well as Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analyst. The candidate must be a team player, someone who is willing to help out where needed.
