Customer Service Representative Summary:

Signature Consultants has 13 open positions for entry-level Customer Service Representatives in a Call Center. This position will work on routine tasks under moderate supervision. The main focus is inbound calls dealing with employees questions around health, vision, dental, Cobra and flexible spending benefits. The candidates will provide basic support to clients by responding to customer inquiries and answering, documenting, and monitoring call center interactions. Our client uses an in-house application requiring the candidate to be able to navigate computer applications. Training will be provided from 9AM -5:30PM for a period of five weeks.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - English/Spanish

Shifts:

  • 3 Bilingual - 8:00-4:00
  • Rest of Bilingual - 11:30-8:00
  • English - 11:30-8:00 - preferred
