Customer Service Representative Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity with a client in Maywood Park, Oregon. The candidate will provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems. They will also research and resolve problems and errors as well as identify products and services that meet customers' needs. This position is in a It's a high volume, fast paced and team oriented professional work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist our customers with checking & saving accounts, overdraft fees, online banking issues, credit cards, fraud
  • Answer general questions or inquiries the customers may have
  • Representatives normally take somewhere between 75-100 incoming calls per day

Key Skills:

  • Previous banking experience (in a branch or contact center) at least 6 months, a year preferable
  • Previous contact center experience at least 6 months, a year preferable
