Customer Service Representative Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity with a client in Lewisville, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with their accounts, confirm payments, negotiate arrangements to resolve their accounts
  • Research discrepancies as needed
  • Escalate more complex or difficult issues to higher levels
  • Adhere to established guidelines when deciding on appropriate resolution
  • Work with the liaison to correlate recovery of vehicles if surrender by customer
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services industry
  • Must have excellent communication skills and detail oriented
  • Must have basic typing/data entry skills
  • Must have flexible hours to work weekends and overtime when needed
