Conversational AI Product Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Conversational AI Product Manager for an opportunity in San Francisco, CA. The qualifications are as follows with special focus on Chatbot/Virtual Assistant experience in an Agile product management environment. Excellent candidates would be considered for contract-to-hire.


  • 6-8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting
  • Solid decision making skills
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Ability to quickly learn business operations and processes
  • Ability to create and deliver dynamic presentations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Ability to build and deliver innovative, industry leading solutions
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Digital Product Management experience
  • Customer Experience Project/Program Management experience
  • Digital Transformation Project/Program Management experience
  • Experience with AI platforms for Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Conversational Agents
  • Good understanding of Natural Language Processing
  • Technical background including sound understanding of AI landscape
  • Prior work with vendors, or open-source platforms
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to effectively and constructively lead change in an organization.
  • Passionate about emerging technology as a catalyst for great customer and team member experiences
