Job Summary:
Signature Consultants is seeking a Contract Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, MN. This position is a member of the Pricing and Contracting department with responsibilities to administer and process the necessary transactions to support customer Contracts, Rebates and Special Pricing Programs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Pricing and Contracting team through the loading of detailed contract specific data including contract pricing and rebate payments into contract management systems
- Perform on-going maintenance in contract management systems related to amendments of customer contracts
- Support the Pricing and Contracting team through the gathering of information that allows for further evaluation of customer sales performance in accordance terms and conditions of price contracts and rebate programs
- Communicate market share requirements and timelines with the Sales organization
- Maintain the status of market share forms consistently and accurately in contract management systems
- Communicate with the Sales organization regarding final rebate performance
- Prepare final customer facing documentation of rebate performance and submit payment requests through BSC Accounting on a weekly basis in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure accurate and timely pricing, rebate payments and invoice accuracy
- Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Support rebate payment, price load and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales organization and/or customer
- Assist other members of the rebates administration team as needed based on business needs and requirements
- Extensive knowledge in specialized functions
- Applies extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, practices and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area
- Working knowledge of other related disciplines
- Utilizes/interprets data to present documentation, analysis and resolve problems
- In-depth expertise in company's core hardware and software package (i.e. creating formulas, macros and working with large data sets in Excel. Creating charts and tables in Word)

- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other support personnel Typically supports a department or group of professionals
