Change Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Change Manager to work on a contract position with one of our clients located in the Juno area. Our client is seeking a strong Change Management Associate. Experience with building and executing change management programs with large enterprises is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze the project and organization to assess the level of organizational change, which could include technological, process, operating model, or organizational elements
  • Design and develop comprehensive change management plans, which could include elements of stakeholder management, business readiness, communications, learning, or adoption
  • Create and manage stakeholder management plans adapted to the project and organization
  • Mentor and advise project and organizational members on best practices of change and program management
  • Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and share findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
  • Identify and design measures to track adoption, application, and proficiency of individual changes
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop and implement corrective actions
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall program objectives
  • Identify, create, and advise on change sustainment plans and elements that can reinforce a lasting change adoption
  • Assess and develop communications and learning requirements and approaches when a program requires changes in behavior or processes to support a successful delivery

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management related to enterprise transformation efforts
  • Exemplary experience in creating and executing Change Management Strategies / Plans
  • Strong ability to create marketing, promotional, support and other materials relative to change management and adoption
  • Prosci / ADKAR Model/ CCMP Certification is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills are required
  • People and process change emphasis
  • 5+ years of experience related to successful delivery of work in the disciplines related to enterprise transformation, specifically organizational change management. Work should include areas such as: Culture Change Programs, Leadership Development, Operating Model Design, Customer Journey Management, Change Strategy, Neuroscience/Behavior Change, Change Adoption, Analytics-driven Change, Organizational Change Capability Building
