Business Process Engineer Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Process Engineer for an opportunity with a client in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Process guidance, expertise and mentoring to document and analyze operational processes to improve process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identifying metrics critical to process management to meet client needs
  • Managing enterprise improvement efforts for process implementation for cross-functional business areas
  • Ability to extract enterprise initiatives from operational efforts to support cross-operational engagements
  • Align operational process strategy with EBPO process governance methodology and framework
  • Supporting enterprise data-based decision-making (e.g., establishing baselines, defect identification analysis, return on investment, etc.)
  • Selecting, leading, and using advanced Lean or Six Sigma tools and techniques to implement an improvement effort
  • Measuring progress towards business strategic process assets in terms meaningful to customers and management
  • Connecting process improvement projects to overall key operational and/or strategic performance measurements
  • Identifying, scoping, and prioritizing process efforts
  • Leveraging enterprise results and lessons learned to other solution efforts
  • Communicating rationale for continuous process management and improvement to stakeholders

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process modeling and process decomposition using process modeling tools
  • Lean, Kaizen, and advanced Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong facilitation skills enabling executive and strategic sponsorship of cross functional efforts
  • Strong project planning skills demonstrated by successfully planning, tracking, and reporting projects
  • Ability to collaborate with various technical groups
  • Flexibility in the face of changing requirements
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
