Business Process Architect Summary:

Signature Consultants is looking for a Business Process Architect to work on a contract position with one of our clients located in Boca Raton, FL. The business Process Architect will document and analyze operational processes to improve process effectiveness and efficiency, identify metrics critical to process management to meet customer needs. Our client puts great emphasis on culture and specifically on their associates (they are not employees). They are seeking someone who can work within the culture to drive positive outcomes while converting associates into advocates for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve critical business problems to deliver strategic objectives
  • Extract enterprise initiatives from operational efforts to support cross-operational engagements
  • Executive mentoring and facilitation of BPM goals and objectives
  • Align operational process strategy with EBPO process governance methodology and framework
  • Support enterprise data-based decision-making (e.g., establish baselines, defect identification analysis, return on investment, etc.)
  • Select, lead, and use advanced Lean or Six Sigma tools and techniques to implement an improvement effort
  • Measure progress towards business strategic process assets in terms meaningful to customers and management
  • Connect process improvement projects to overall key operational and/or strategic performance measurements
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize process efforts
  • Leverage enterprise results and lessons learned to other solution efforts
  • Communicate rationale for continuous process management and improvement to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Process modeling and process decomposition using process modeling tools
  • Lean, Kaizen, and advanced Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
  • Strong facilitation skills enabling executive and strategic sponsorship of cross functional efforts
  • Strong project planning skills demonstrated by successfully planning, tracking, and reporting projects
  • Ability to set and meet realistic deadlines and goals involving and affecting multiple teams
  • Ability to collaborate with various technical groups
  • Flexibility in the face of changing requirements
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
