Blueprint Developer Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Blueprint Developer for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. The Blueprint Developer will be managing business and technical components of the Regulatory Blueprint application, working with various business partners and peers. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, team player, motivated, innovative, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. This position requires 5-7 years of experience.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a self-starter, team player, motivated, innovative, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Manage business and technical components of the Regulatory Blueprint application, working with various business partners and peers
  • Recommend technical strategy for functional and business units supported and ensure the implementation of high-end, business-wide, critical strategy set by senior management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as architects, developers, data analysts and data modelers to understand dependencies, review designs and align roadmaps
  • Support IT strategy, resolve and manage routine issues, support as needed and escalate risks and issues to senior management
  • Create supporting documentation, such as metadata and diagrams of entity relationships, business processes, and process flows
  • Troubleshoot process failures or warnings and provide technical support for related issues as well as reports and analysis tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English complete with clear oral communication skills
  • Follow all enterprise software development methodologies & compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • Support application users, facilitate access issue resolution, leverage BluePrint features and functionality, create new regulatory projects and artifacts
  • Run weekly compliance & GIS (Info-security) mandated reports; ensure compliance across the application
  • Compile and maintain program partners priorities
  • Gather biweekly Governance Council discussion items, content model changes requests and enhancement requests, and compile necessary decks
  • Maintain/update documents/artifacts like ARM (access) instructions, user guides, support security model changes etc.
  • Experience with BluePrint (vendor product), SQL and Data Analysis within the Regulatory space

Desired Skills:

  • Mulesoft - For API & application configuration and automations
  • Experience with Regulatory requirements
  • Understanding security access models
  • Familiarity with SDM Tools (Jira, BitBucket, Ansible, etc.)
