Technical Writer Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Technical Writer for a long term contract opportunity in Charlotte, NC. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
  • Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
  • Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style content
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint and basic web presentation design
  • Strong use of visuals skills, ability to convene points with graphics and illustrations
  • Strong attention to details

Top 3 Must Have Skillsets Required :

  • 5+ years technical writing
  • Familiarity with financial services and payments
  • Knowledge of APIs and Microservices
