Product Specialist Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Product Specialist for an opportunity with a client in St. Louis, MO. The client is seeking a senior level Product Specialist who will lead in the roll out of enterprise-level platforms to internal and external partners. This role will enable successful deployment, training and documentation to drive user adoption and ensure proper, maximized use of platforms. The Product Specialist will collaborate to define and execute a customized partner success plan. This person will enable success of the platform by sharing deep subject matter expertise with IT and business partners, providing user insight and perspective and create opportunities for engagement throughout all parts of the product lifecycle.

Product Specialist work closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and end users to support products from conception to launch. The role is expected to bridge the technical and business worlds as products are designed that enable our key business objectives through collaboration with business strategy, data science and product delivery teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Document and train on product capabilities ranging from functional to user experience.
  • Develop roll out plans and user adoption programs.
  • Troubleshoot reported to support end users and provide details to product teams.
  • Validate product team releases at the end of each cycle.
  • Understand the complexities of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with global teams serving individualized needs.
  • Work with product management to understand criticality and prioritization.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with agile methodology or SCRUM.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with BI or Data Visualization Platforms - Tableau
  • Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as software design & development, user experience, customer support, finance or marketing.
