Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Mid-Level Business PM for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Looking for a well-rounded candidate who is self-motivated, a fast learner and is able to drive responsibilities without much direction, interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders. This candidate should also be able to identify and solve complex business problems by defining strategies for target state implementation. They must be able to work under minimal supervision on projects that require creative solutions. The ideal candidate would be a Mid-Level (4-7 years of experience) Project Management Analyst with strong problem solving skills, takes initiative without much direction, and can confidently interface regularly with senior stakeholders & set clear direction.

3 Must Have Qualifications

  • Project Execution / Leadership Experience
  • Data Governance Experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills


  • Communicates status to key stakeholders and escalates issues to executive leadership according to defined processes or as needed (executive level storytelling)
  • Provide Project Management Support inclusive of setting due dates/action items/owners to drive the material creation for the monthly Council meetings.
  • Communicated effectively & efficiently by setting clear expectations & providing the appropriate tools / structure to facilitate the multiple handoffs of materials across teams
  • Applies various process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively execute a scope of work within a project
  • Produce standardized templates to present updates in a cohesive manner
  • Maintains a positive attitude, is adaptable to change, able to take constructive feedback, and can build relationships to drive objectives
