Junior Business Analyst Summary:

Signature Consultants has an opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst. The candidate will sit between the triage team and the senior business analysts on our clients support team. He/she will be working closely with the Data Support and Application Support teams.


  • 0-2 years of BA and/or application support experience
  • Some Investment Operations experience
  • SQL
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal clients at all enterprise levels


  • Communicating with stakeholders, facilitating projects. Middle-ground between the IT and the stakeholders.
  • Identify and investigate data issues
  • Coordinating/Monitoring their internal "command center" dashboard.
  • Support team coordinator- command center (esp, pace, inports/exports), monitoring outlook, taking all incoming requests from Outlook and entering them into Jira; work with team leads on prioritizing and delegating tickets. Communicating status to stakeholders, internal team members.
