General Clerk Summary:

Performs simple, routine and/or repetitive clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions. Retrieves mail from our tower post office across the skywalk. Sorts and files daily work by management company and may retrieve archived files. Assists with mailing out correspondence which includes stuffing envelopes and applying postage. Sorts, Scans and distributes some of our department mail. Photocopies various headers to restock the bins. May perform other clerical duties as directed.

Future Job Responsibilities may Include:

  • Processes daily work - verifying data and routing by use of barcodes.
  • Scanning
  • Preparing Outgoing Overnights
  • Logging of Incoming Overnights
  • QC Daily Work
  • Processing Return Mail
