Change Manager (Planview) Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Change Manager for an opportunity with a client in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Business process development and support
  • Solution design for future enhancements
  • Formal and informal PPM training and documentation
  • Project Scoring and prioritizing intake
  • Associating work to Portfolios for alignment
  • Comparing Cap/Demand to make sure we are taking on the right work
  • Scenario Planning for proposed work and in-flight work
  • Capacity and Demand Planning and Management
  • Create or modify workflows, jobs, scripts

Planview Administration:

  • Hierarchy (Divisions, Departments, Role Groups, Roles)
  • Security and Permissions management
  • Users and User Types - Licensing
  • Understand and maintain the various user types and how they impact overall licensing. Monthly//Quarterly review, etc.
  • Data Import
  • Understanding of the mass data imports and loads.
  • Financial & Rate Tables (Internal, Vendor, Onshore, Offshore)
  • Configuration
  • Custom Fields and Lookup Lists
  • Create/Update fields and list as necessary and appropriate to support the PMO and future needs around management and reporting.
  • Entity Maintenance & Configuration (Projects, Financial Entries, Projects, etc.)
  • Understand the different entities in Planview, how they are used in various features and functionality and maintain as needed.
  • Filters (Resource, project, etc.)
  • Create/Update/Delete the various filters used in Planview by different departments, teams, etc
  • Template Maintenance & Configuration
  • Reporting and DashboardCreating, updating, and deleting reports
  • Creating, updating, deleting, and publishing dashboards
  • Create or modify workflows, jobs, scripts

Project and Portfolio Management

  • Experience with Project Management
  • Understanding of resource and capacity planning
  • Excellent Communication Skills working on all levels of management
  • Process Improvement mindset
  • Change Management knowledge
  • Able to manage multiple projects or initiatives
