Job Description

Bookkeeper:

Signature Consultants has a direct hire opportunity for a Bookkeeper. In this role the candidate will oversee accounting processes and financial statement preparation for several divisions. They will be responsible for AP and GL related with oversight on AR.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, QuickBooks, Office 365 as well as experience with larger ERP Systems
  • One of the divisions is in the process of implementation of a new ERP system. MS Teams app would be a major plus.
  • Experience with Sales and Use Tax processing and filings are a HUGE plus!
